Thorn Fondwell provides AI-powered market analysis, trading signals, and optional automated order execution through connected brokerage accounts. The Service is offered for informational and analytical purposes.

• Thorn Fondwell does not hold, custody, or manage your funds. All capital remains in your personal brokerage or exchange account.
• We connect to your broker via API keys with read and execution permissions only. These keys cannot withdraw funds.
• Past performance of any strategy or signal does not guarantee future results.
• Trading involves risks including potential loss of principal capital.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the platform Thorn Fondwell constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of guidance. AI signals and analytics provided are for informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Thorn Fondwell is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

5. Fees and Payment

Some Service features require a paid subscription. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice. All fees exclude applicable taxes, which you must pay. Subscriptions are billed upfront monthly or annually. Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of initial charge for new subscribers only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the platform.
• Use automated scripts to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or any activity violating financial regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets embedded or made available through the Service are the exclusive property of Thorn Fondwell or its licensors. Thorn Fondwell WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Thorn Fondwell WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Thorn Fondwell IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

You may terminate your account anytime via your account settings or by contacting . We may suspend or immediately terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we may delete your account data per our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by New York State law, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will initially be resolved through binding arbitration in 100 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5X 1A9, Canada under the American Arbitration Association rules. Users located in the EU or UK may also pursue claims in their local courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms anytime. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice for material changes via email or platform banner. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
